TRADING TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
TRADING HOURS: 9:00 to 17:00 hours Monday to Friday.
ORDERING: Orders can be phoned in, faxed or emailed.
When ordering please make sure you quote our product code (this insures you receive the correct product). Alternatively you can use our order form for your convenience.
PRICES: Prices are subject to change without notice.
DELIVERY CHARGES:
Sydney Metro: $6. Service fee applies to all orders
Central Coast including New Castle, Wollongong: $10 service Fee applies to each parcel up to 25kg
NSW Country $20. Service Fee applies to each parcel up to 25kg.
ACT: $15.00 Service Fee applies to each parcel up to 25kg.
Interstate: $25.00 Service fee applies to each parcel up to 25kg.
TRADING TERMS: One World Enterprises accepts the following payments; Cheques, direct deposits, Credit cards (MasterCard and Visa) and cash if paying in person.
Our terms are 30 days from date of invoice due date will automatically be printed on invoice.
OVERDUE ACCOUNTS: If account s is overdue orders will not be dispatched until overdue account has been paid.
Title of goods remains the property of One World Enterprises until fully paid.
DELIVERIES: All deliveries will be made via Courier. An invoice will be sent with goods.
CREDIT FOR MISSING OR DAMAGED STOCK: A request for damaged or short stock must be made within 3 days from date of invoice either by email or fax. Quoting the invoice no and reason.
We will credit stock that was ordered in error by you when it has been returned to our warehouse at your expense. Once stock is received we will issue credit for this.
BACKORDERS: Any stock not available at time of your order will be clearly marked on invoice as out of stock. We do not hold backorders. But will let you know when they are back in stock.
SPECIAL ORDERS: If you want a different size of product or a product not listed on our catalogue please give us a call as we may be able to find it for you.
