A request for damaged or short stock must be made within 7 days from date of invoice either by email or fax. Quoting the invoice number and reason.
A credit note will be issued for stock once it has been returned to our warehouse
Any stock not available at time of your order will be clearly marked on invoice as out of stock. We do not hold backorders. But will let you know when they are back in stock.
